Returns

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned parcels that are lost during transit.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item:
- arrives damaged,
- contains a manufacturing defect,
- or you receive the wrong product,
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sillbound@outlook.it.
Include clear photographs of the issue so we can evaluate your claim and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety or legal reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable digital products.
- Personal care items.
- Beauty products.
- Products that have been worn, washed or altered.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products marked as Final Sale or Clearance where permitted by law.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you would like a different item, size or colour, please:
- Request a return for the original item.
- Once the return has been approved, place a new order through our website.
This ensures the fastest possible processing.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing any reason.
To qualify:
- The product must be unused.
- Original tags must remain attached.
- Original packaging must be included.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
This statutory right does not affect any additional rights provided by our 30-day return policy.
Refunds
Once your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the outcome of your refund request.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days after approval.
- Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have entered processing or shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead follow the return procedure described above.
